Awarded Chef of the Year by the Culinary Institute, Restaurant of the Year and Best California Chef by the James Beard Foundation, Chef Bradley will bring his talents to the northwest part of the Valley.

“As a chef, my career has always been inspired by fresh foods’ true quality and flavors. Growing up with the farm-to-table concept in Michigan, my roots are in American food,” says Chef Bradley. “I have developed relationships with farmers and purveyors across the country using fresh ingredients at the peak of their season. I am driven by a passion for bringing exciting American ingredients farm-to-table with dedication and flair. Marche Bacchus is reminiscent of my restaurant at Lark Creek Inn; and I look forward to innovative product development, building a culinary team, enhancing the culture and a long term relationship with the Wyatts.”

The Manhattan-esque-themed vibe and its shell bar seating 18 is the home to more than 60 single malt Scotch options, as well as premium and hard-to-find varieties of bourbon, rye, tequila, cognac, and Armagnac. Adjacent to the retail wine shop, the ambient bar features an eclectic way to experience the cuisine. Opened for lunch, brunch, and dinner; Happy Hour takes place from 4 to 6.m. every day, except Saturday.
