Available on summer menus at Hamptons hotspots like The Surf Lodge, this simple, yet delicious, cocktail can be made as a big batch recipe for parties or served up individually for one glass.
Batch Cocktail Recipe by Vita Coco:
Ingredients:
- 1L Vita Coco Original Coconut Water
- 16oz Don Julio Blanco
- 2oz agave (or more depending on how sweet you want it)
Instructions:
- Combine in a pitcher with ice and stir
- Serve over ice with a lime wedge
Individual Cocktail Recipe by The Surf Lodge:
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz of Casamigos Blanco
- 4oz of Vita Coco Coconut Water
- 0.25oz of Agave
- Lime
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice to chill
- Strain and serve over low ice
- Garnish with a lime
