Legendary Chef David Burke and Orin Swift Cellars Team Up for an Exclusive Dinner at Red Salt by David Burke to Benefit the American Cancer Society

Award-winning celebrity Chef David Burke is teaming up with Orin Swift Cellars to host an exclusive dinner on March 11, 2021 at Red Salt by David Burke, all to benefit the American Cancer Society and the fight for a world without cancer.

Wine-Paired Dinner for American Cancer Society with Orin Swift

The fundraising event is the first in a series of wine dinners that will culminate in the “Re-Imagine Charlotte” gala held by the American Cancer Society this coming November. Chef Burke, executive chef for Red Salt by David Burke, has curated a menu of mouth-watering creations featuring Carolina-sourced ingredients as well as organic produce and meats from throughout the country. Each course was carefully crafted to complement the wines from the Orin Swift portfolio.

“I am happy that one of Charlotte’s newest restaurants, Red Salt by David Burke, has selected American Cancer Society as their philanthropic cause for their quarterly wine-and-dine in 2021,” said Megan Nelson, Executive Director of the American Cancer Society. “Red Salt has already proven to be a fantastic partner in supporting last year’s Re-Imagine Charlotte gala with Re-Imagine Dinner At Home. I am looking forward to our first event of 2021 on March 11 and a tremendous evening that will help us continue our fight for a world without cancer.”
