New To The Resto-Bar Menu: Maine Lobster “Hot Pockets”Liquid Riot Brewery/Distillery/Resto-Bar has quickly earned its reputation for serving outstanding and unique drinking fare. The latest menu addition is a temporary one— the Maine Lobster “Hot Pocket”— created for comedian Jim Gaffigan’s July 14, 2016 “Fully Dressed” tour stop in Portland. This lobster delight is buttered brioche dough filled with Maine lobster, smoked tomato goat cheese and brie, served over a smoky andouille purée. The Maine Lobster “Hot Pocket” pairs perfectly with Liquid Riot house-made beers and spirits and Liquid Riot is giving away pairs of tickets to see Jim Gaffigan.

Customers can win one of 15 pairs of tickets by filling out a contest entry card at Liquid Riot (250 Commercial Street, Portland) or by entering online. Customers earn five chances to win a pair of tickets for every Maine Lobster “Hot Pocket” they order and there is no limit on quantity.
