ONE Steakhouse at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will usher in 2024 with a luxurious surf and turf dinner and high-end sommelier champagne selection, available exclusively on Sunday, Dec. 31.
One Steakhouse’s New Year Celebration: Luxurious Surf & Turf Special
From 5 p.m. to close, ONE will serve a celebratory New Year’s Eve dinner consisting of jumbo stone crab claws, priced at $119; and a 16-ounce prime rib served with creamed spinach and horseradish sauce, priced at $89. Guests may pair their festive meal with a sommelier’s selection of Domaine Henriot rosé Champagne from Reims, France, priced at $49 per glass or $180 per bottle.
The acclaimed steakhouse, by famed restaurateurs and brothers Michael Morton and David Morton, also features its signature “Tomahawk Feast,” a dry-aged, 18-pound USDA prime tomahawk steak, carved tableside for 10 to 12 people and served with your choice of six sides, including selections like Yukon mashed potatoes, charred broccolini, brussels sprouts, lobster mac and cheese, maitake mushrooms and shoestring fries. The feast is priced at $1,400 and requires a 24-hour advance notice to order. ONE’s impressive selection of steaks also includes reimagined surf and turf selections and mouthwatering 6-ounce Japanese Satsuma Wagyu; other specialties include baked short rib rigatoni featuring whipped burrata, roasted tomato sauce and basil; and fennel-crusted salmon served with marble potatoes and lobster butter.
