Elevation

A modern twist on classic flavor pairing. Maple syrup adds natural sweetness that blends into hints of vanilla. New Hampshire Maple Syrup eventuates the smooth texture of the Omni Mt Washington signature blend. The drop of lemon cuts through the normally viscous maple, revealing the subtle tastes of the one of a kind Bourbon.

  • ½ oz New Hampshire Maple Syrup (Grade A Dark)
  • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2.5 oz Omni Mount Washington Signature Blend

First tip the Maple into the bottom of a Martini glass. Chill the bourbon and then slowly add to the glass. Lastly slowly pour the lemon juice. Serve with a lemon twist.

Blueberry French Toast Martini

Keeping that all natural maple syrup as the first layer; blueberry and hazelnut overcomes any of the stiffness the bourbon once had. What was once a serous drink becomes an aperitif, a kick start on your dinner journey.

  • ½ oz New Hampshire Maple Syrup (Grade A Dark)
  • ½oz Blueberry Syrup
  • ½ oz Frangelico
  • 2 oz Omni Mount Washington Signature Blend

Start with the maple syrup at the bottom of the Martini glass. Add the blueberry syrup. Slowly pour in chilled bourbon. Lastly add the Frangelico. Serve with blueberries as garnish.
