Sinatra Restaurant Welcomes General Manager Kelly MoloneyWynn Las Vegas has appointed Kelly Moloney as the general manager of Sinatra restaurant at Encore. In this role, Kelly will oversee all of the restaurant front of house staff and venue operations.

Moloney brings more than 16 years of food and beverage experience to this position. For the past six years, Moloney served as the general manager of Picasso, a Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond restaurant concept. She also served as the general manager of Todd English’s OLiVES for six years and worked for Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group for six years.

“I am thrilled to be joining the team at Sinatra and Wynn Las Vegas,” said Moloney. “It appears that destiny led me here as I share a birthday with not only Executive Chef Theo Schoenegger, but Ol’ Blue Eyes himself.”

The Forbes Travel Guide Four Star award-winning restaurant is a tribute to Frank Sinatra and showcases a modern twist on classic Italian cooking. As general manager of the venue, Moloney takes the Sinatra reigns from Elion Podrani, who has since assumed the role of general manager at Costa di Mare, Wynn’s renowned Mediterranean seafood restaurant.
