This year, try a bubbly toast that packs a bit more “Punch”

It goes without saying that no New Year’s party is complete without some sparkling wine to toast with at midnight, but no one said that the bubbles have to dance alone.

Instead of the usual Champagne toast, fill a bowl with ice and Jaillance Impériale Punch, a recipe that will impress your guests and allow them to help themselves.

“Jaillance Impériale Punch”

Recipe:
1 bottle of Jaillance Cuvée Impériale Clairette de Die
4 oz. Rye Whiskey
2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Garnish with cranberries

Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with a large ice block or ice ring. Don’t forget to include a ladle and glassware on the side. Recipe can be doubled easily if your party goes from small gathering to full blown bash.

Using Jaillance Clairette de Die eliminates the need to add any artificial sweetener to your cocktails. The natural sugars in the wine add all complexity, sweetness, and effervescence without adding simple syrup.

Jaillance Clairette de Die is made with a focus on sustainable growing practices and environmental responsibility. Organic growing methods account for 12% of the Jaillance vineyards and the Cooperative is dedicated to sustainable practices; it aims to exceed 20% of organic cultivation of its vineyards in the next 5 years.

Jaillance is the brand of the winegrowers of the Die [dee] Cooperative in Southern France created in 1950, which now includes 225 vignerons. Next to Champagne, Jaillance is the number one best selling sparkling wine in France and is also sold in 14 other countries.
