Toast The Start Of The Spring Season With Delicious Cocktails

For those who love lemonade, mix-up the Frost Lemonade for a citrus zing!  Or, try adding a twist to the classic mojito recipe by using an aged rum like Ron Abuelo 7 Años (instead of silver rum) for a “Dirty” Mojito (a recipe that hails from Nobu Miami Beach).

Frost Lemonade


1  oz Molinari Sambuca Extra

1 oz Monin Agave Nectar

1  oz fresh lemon juice

Club soda

1 basil leaf

Ice, crushed  Garnish Options: Lemon

Muddle agave and basil in mixing glass.  Add Molinari Sambuca, a scoop of crushed ice and lemon juice to mixing glass.  Cap and shake vigorously.  Strain over crushed ice and top with a splash of club soda.  Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Dirty Mojito

(available at Nobu Miami Beach)
1 oz Ron Abuelo 7 Años
2 oz Soda Water
1/2 oz Lime Juice
6-7 Mint Leaves
1 teaspoon Sugar

Crush mint leaves with lime juice and sugar in a shaker.  Add rum and ice, shake and pour into a glass.  Top with soda water and garnish with mint.
