The Countess
- 1 ½ part Sauza Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
- 3 parts freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 dash grenadine
- ½ lime
Preparation:
- In a shaker filled with ice combine tequila, orange juice and shake well to chill.
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
- Pour in the grenadine gently along the side of the glass.
- Squeeze the juice of ½ lime to top it off.
- Garnish with orange slice.
Turtle Time
- 2 parts Sauza Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
- 4 parts club soda
- ½ parts fresh lime juice
- ¼ bunch of fresh mint
- ¼ bunch of fresh Basil
- 1 tbsp. sugar
Preparation:
- In a small glass, muddle together mint leaves, fresh basil, sugar and lime juice until they start to melt together (if you don’t have a muddle, use a spoon).
- Add tequila and top off with club soda.
- Garnish with an extra sprig of mint and lime wedge.
