Wahoo’s Fish Taco Introduces New Churro Chips And Post-Halloween Crummy Candy Promotion

Wahoo’s Fish Taco Introduces New Churro Chips And Post-Halloween Crummy Candy Promotion As Wahoo’s Fish Taco continues its 25th anniversary celebration, the restaurant chain is introducing Churro Chips as a new menu item available in all stores. Introduced on Oct. 25 as part of the monthly promotions, the Churro Chips are made with no-lard tortillas and natural –> cinnamon sugar. Wahoo’s Crummy Candy promotion allows children to exchange their Halloween candy at any Wahoo’s from November 1 – 3 to receive a free kid’s meal.

“We did a taste test at several stores earlier this year, the Churro Chips have received immense support from our fans, who have asked for them to be more than a limited-time item,” said Wing Lam, co-founder of Wahoo’s. “We have heard our customers and want to permanently give them the ability to taste the Wahoo’s take on what a churro Chips snack should be like.”

Wahoo’s Crummy Candy promotion is an incentive for children to trade in candy for Wahoo’s ever-popular menu choices. As a thank you to kid-customers participating in the trade, Wahoo’s will give a free kid’s meal in exchange for the sweets from November 1-3 at any Wahoo’s location.

For the past 25 years, customers have enjoyed Wahoo’s eclectic Mexican/Brazilian/Asian menu delivered with a Hawaiian North Shore vibe. Currently, Wahoo’s is located in 67 locations throughout the nation including restaurants in California, Colorado, Texas, Hawaii, New York, Nebraska and Nevada. They have ten locations that include full-service bars. Recently, Wahoo’s opened the company’s very first international location in Japan.
