Waterloo’s Dry January Mocktail Lineup

Black Cherry Southside

Ingredients

  • Waterloo Black Cherry Sparkling Water
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 Mint leaves
  • Fresh Black Cherries

 

Instructions: In a shaker add lime juice, mint leaves and ice. Shake well to dilute citrus and wake up the mint. Then strain into a martini glass and top with Waterloo Black cherry. Garnish with a mint leaf and black cherry.

 

Spicy Paloma

Ingredients

  • Waterloo Grapefruit Sparkling Water
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2-3 Slices of Jalapeños
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Grapefruit Wedge + a Jalapeño Slice

Instructions: In a shaker, muddle jalapeños then add lime juice, salt then ice. Shake well and strain over fresh ice in a glass. Top with Waterloo Grapefruit and garnish with grapefruit wedge and jalapeño slice.

 

Pina Mojito

Ingredients

  • Waterloo Pineapple Sparkling Water
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 Mint Leaves
  • Wedge Fresh Pineapple
  • Fresh Mint Sprig

Instructions: In a highball glass muddle fresh mint and lime juice. Add ice to glass and top with Waterloo Pineapple. Give it a good stir and finish with a pineapple wedge and mint sprig for garnish.

 

Be-Loo-Ini

Ingredients

  • Waterloo Peach Sparkling Water
  • ½ oz Apricot or Nectarine Purée

 

Instructions: Add peach purée in a champagne flute and fill with Waterloo Peach. Give a quick stir.

 

Grapple Gimlet

Ingredients

  • Waterloo Grape Sparkling Water
  • 1 oz Granny Smith Apple Juice (juice yourself if possible)
  • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Apple Slice

 

Instructions: In a shaker add lime juice, apple juice and ice then shake well. Strain into a martini glass and top with Waterloo Grape. Garnish with apple slice.

 

Lychee Loo Punch

Ingredients

  • Waterloo Lemon-Lime Sparkling Water
  • ¾ oz Lychee Purée
  • ¾ oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • Lemon Wheel
  • Lime Wheel

Instructions: In a shaker add lychee purée, grapefruit juice and ice. Shake well and pour over fresh ice in a highball glass. Top with Waterloo Lemon-Lime and garnish with lemon and lime wheels.
