Centre Street Kitchen, opening October 4th, is a new breed of restaurant dedicated to positivity and quality of life through philanthropy, quality food & drink, incredible service, and even better company. Our chef-driven menu from Corporate Chef Jim Heflin and Chef Monica Riley (Hopleaf, LOKaL, Marigold) showcases modern dishes with locally sourced ingredients, vibrant, global flavors, and modern cooking techniques.
Centre Street Kitchen has been Owner Erik Baylis’ dream for years and is finally coming to fruition. CSK’s goal to be a top restaurant in the country will come secondary to its goal of raising $7,000,000 in its first two years to directly aid families affected by pediatric cancer. Donations will be memorialized on the restaurant wall with tributes to loved ones who are cancer survivors, still fighting, or have lost the battle –with 100% of donation proceeds going toward the cause.
