You’re Invited to Try New Menus at Norma’s, The Burger Joint and Knave at Parker New York!

Fall is finally here, and you know what that means, delicious fall food! The Parker New York is home to three of New York’s favorite restaurants, Norma’s, Knave and The Burger Joint. Each restaurant is introducing brand new fall items from Dutch Orange Souffle pancakes (that taste even better than they sound) to a Fall Harvest salad tossed in a maple Dijon dressing.

Norma’s has been a New York City staple since its opening and continues to wow customers with delicious combinations available for breakfast and brunch. Here are some of Norma’s newest fall favorites:
* Dutch Orange Soufflé Pancake
o House made orange scented batter, sun ripened oranges, Devonshire cream and crushed candied walnuts served in a cast iron skillet
* Gluten Free Breakfast Bowl
o Organic tri-color quinoa, local brunoise vegetables, wild mushroom, roasted pearl onion, Potato, topped with and asparagus tips, poached eggs
* Pork Belly Ramen
o Ramen with 72-hour braised pork belly, soft poached egg, beef broth with Asian mushrooms and bok choy

Other new menu items include staples such as: steak and eggs, lobster mac & cheese, avocado toast, shakshuka, pork belly ramen and chicken & chocolate waffles.

Knave is a high-end espresso bar with a unique menu of locally sourced salads, snacks and cocktails. In addition to the delectable new fall items below, all salads will be served in a biodegradable and eco-friendly package. Here is their fall menu:
* Fall Harvest
o Crisp kale, baby spinach, Roasted pear, red onion, tomatoes, dried cherries, candied nuts, maple Dijon dressing
* Cobb Salad / Romaine Hearts
o Sliced bacon, tomatoes, avocado slices, cubed chicken, cage free hard egg, green onion, chives Roquefort cheese, red wine vinaigrette
* Avocado Salad
o Blend of avocado, cilantro, jalapeno, crushed red pepper, red onion EVOO, and sourdough bread

Finally, the beloved Burger Joint is introducing its first ever vegetarian option, the “Beyond Burger”. The burger is Vegan, plant-based and of course cooked separately from the meat products, ensuring burger lovers, whether vegetarian or vegan can come in and enjoy.
