Benihana Sake Martini

  • 1 oz. Ketel One Vodka OR Beefeater Gin
  •  2 oz. Dassai 50 “Otter Fest” Junmai Dai Ginjo Sake
  • 3 slices fresh cucumber
  • 1 lime wedge

Method

  1. Chill martini glass
  2. Add vodka or gin, sake and cucumber slices into a mixing glass
  3. Squeeze the juice of one lime wedge into the mixing glass and discard
  4. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  5. Strain into chilled martini glass
  6. Garnish with fresh cucumber slice
