Hyatt Fairfax Gears Up for Spring Fun

Hyatt Fairfax Gears Up for Spring FunStarting May 14, 2015 and throughout the summer, Hyatt Fairfax at Fair Lakes guests and locals alike will be able to enjoy the return of the hotel’s Patio Thursdays. “With so many businesses surrounding our hotel, we know people are always looking for a fun place to unwind, “said Don Anderson, the hotel’s General Manager. “Our outdoor patio really is an oasis. It’s great to see our neighbors relax here after a long day of work.” The Hyatt Fairfax at Fair Lakes is one of over 100 hotels throughout the North America managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts.

“Ever since the success of last summer’s Patio Thursdays the question our regular guests and locals have been asking is ‘Will we bring back Patio Thursdays?’ and the answer is a resounding yes,” said Anderson. “We’ve taken last year’s menu and given it a twist, adding some new offerings and will be changing the menu around weekly.”

Hyatt Fairfax Gears Up for Spring FunPatio Thursdays will include buffets themed around traditional American cookout dishes with a unique contemporary spin. For example, a traditional burger would be prepared using lamb, chicken or salmon and then complimented with side dishes prepared using local products. “Because we have such a loyal following for our patio events, the menu will change weekly so our guests can experience a variety of tastes and textures throughout the summer,” said the hotel’s Chef Jimmy San‎abria. In addition, the hotel will be teaming up with local craft breweries, which will have representatives at the event to describe their different offerings in full detail.  All of this will be available at a price of $20 per person, which will include unlimited food and three beer coupons. Guests can relax by the fire pit and enjoy the upbeat music while dining and enjoying fine craft beer. Other beverage options are available as well at the Nova Grill and Bar. Those with loyal four-legged friends are free to bring their dogs to Patio Thursdays. Ample free parking is also available. Over inclement weather, Patio Thursday will be moved into the hotels expansive atrium lobby.
