Meatball Spot, a dynamic restaurant that will offer meatball dishes, sandwiches, flatbreads, salads and desserts will open a new location in Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino’s Miracle Mile restaurants this winter.
The new, 1,500-square-foot restaurant will exude rustic, East Coast charm, complete with an exposed brick interior and a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Located just steps away from Britney Spears’ theatre at Planet Hollywood, Meatball Spot will provide the perfect backdrop for fans to satiate their appetite before or after seeing the pop diva live.
True to its namesake, meatballs of all varieties will be served at the new location, including classic, chicken, turkey and pork. To complement the meatballs, guests will choose from a selection of savory sauces such as classic tomato, spicy meat, parmesan cream and mushroom gravy.
Mouthwatering signature sandwiches will also be available with selections including The All Italian, stacked with pepperoni, salami, mozzarella, provolone, tomato, romaine, balsamic dressing, salt and pepper; and The Chicken Chipotle, layered with cheddar cheese, bacon, avocado, iceberg lettuce and chipotle dressing.
Delicious flatbreads complete the eatery’s menu, providing guests with an authentic taste of Little Italy. Patrons will be able to choose from options such as The Meat Balls, created with classic meatballs, fresh mozzarella and tomato sauce; or Margheritta, made with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil.
The restaurant will feature a one-of-a-kind custom salad bar to cater to guests who prefer lighter and healthier fare. Salad connoisseurs may top arugula, spinach, or iceberg lettuce with more than 36 different salad toppings such as fresh strawberries, pears, almonds, pecans, quinoa, dried cherries and sesame seeds; and a number of dressing options such as ranch, thousand island, raspberry vinaigrette and honey mustard. After guests select their toppings, a chef will mix together all of the ingredients. Pre-made salads will also be available for guests to order.
A Coca-Cola Freestyle drink machine will be a fun attraction, allowing guests to craft Coca-Cola products in more than 100 different flavor combinations. From vanilla to cherry, guests will be able to mix-and-match unique flavor options to create one-of-a-kind beverages like Cherry Sprite or Raspberry Lemonade.
Customers may indulge in decadent ice cream sandwiches such as Peanut Butter Cup, peanut butter cookies with chocolate ice cream; and Strawberry Rainbow, sugar cookies with strawberry ice cream.
