NAPLES GRANDE BEACH RESORT ANNOUNCES NEW STAFF APPOINTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS

Florida beachfront resort –  Naples Grande Beach Resort – has announced a new Executive Sous Chef. Chef Blake Lowery has been promoted to Executive Sous Chef after serving as Naples Grande Beach Resort’s Banquet Chef since January. Lowery will be working closely with Executive Chef, Jim O’Connor on all of the resort’s esteemed culinary outlets including The Catch of the Pelican, Mantra Lounge, Rhode’s End, Aura, Gulf Coast Oasis, Spressi Marketplace, and In-Room Dining. Chef Lowery will also assist with the culinary creation of banquet menus including the resort’s tremendous conventions and lavish social events.

“With this promotion to Executive Sous Chef, I am most looking forward to continuing to grow with the amazing and respected culinary team at Naples Grande,” said Lowery. “The work ethic and creativity in our kitchen is inspiring and I am looking forward to stepping into this expanded role.”
