Adding a contemporary charm to Fremont East District, Eureka! boasts its expansive restaurant seating 170 guests with an industrial and modern design. The restaurant features a spacious interior and patio nearing 5,000 square feet total.

Eureka! specializes in American classics with a modern twist with its diverse selection of appetizers, all natural, Angus chuck burgers, signature plates, innovative salads, and delectable desserts. Menu highlights include the Mac N’ Cheese Balls made with a scratch made beer cheese sauce and Fresno chiles; Cowboy Burger topped with shoestring onions, bacon, cheddar cheese, finished with beer barbeque sauce; Bone Marrow Burger with bone marrow shitake butter, charbroiled onion, horseradish mustard aioli, roasted tomato, and grilled onion; Skirt Steakwith grilled broccolini, red chimichurri, chili flakes, Parmesan, and lemon zest; and Bourbon Barrel Cake finished with pecans, caramel, and vanilla bean ice cream.

Mouthwatering offerings include Steak N’ Eggs featuring flat iron steak, potatoes, sautéed kale, garlic, fried eggs, and firecracker aioli; Chilaquiles with ranchero tortilla chips, feta, sour cream, purple onions, avocado, pico de gallo, topped with two egg; and Bread Pudding French Toast topped with blueberry compote, and whiskey crème anglaise.

The beverage program at Eureka! revolves around the restaurant’s commitment to serving all-American premium products that are highly sought after. Signature cocktails include classic recipes like the house Old Fashioned, made the way your grand pappy drank it with Old Overholt Rye Whiskey, bitters, fresh orange zest and a block of ice; or enjoy a refreshing cocktail like the Young & In Love made with vodka, elderflower, St. George Raspberry, blood orange shrub, lemon; and contemporary creations like the Eureka! Punch (three-day crafting process) featuring bourbon, spiced rum, white rum, herbsaint, brandy, bitters, clove, coriander, cinnamon, green tea, clarified milk, pineapple, and lemon. Eureka! is joining the excitement of Fremont East District on 520 E. Fremont St., Las Vegas, 89101. From Sunday through Wednesday, Eureka!
