Pinnacle Residences, a collection of luxury residences coming to a private 11-acre enclave within the prestigious MacDonald Highlands neighborhood, announces today plans for Noble Heights, an original culinary concept in partnership with locally celebrated hospitality industry veterans, and husband-wife business partners, Elizabeth Blau and Chef Kim Canteenwalla. Noble Heights will bring ranch, farm and sea-centric cuisine to Pinnacle Residences, complemented by unobstructed, panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip, servicing both residents and locals alike with a culinary experience unlike anything else in the city.

“We couldn’t be more excited to be partnering with Blau + Associates to bring one of the city’s most intriguing new culinary destinations to both Pinnacle Residences and the City of Henderson,” said Jim Reilly, President of Azure Resorts & Hotels, developer of Pinnacle Residences. “Elizabeth and Kim have been a catalyst force on the Las Vegas dining scene on and off the strip for decades and we’re looking forward to highlighting the inventiveness, quality and service they’re known for as the focal point at Noble Heights.”

Situated in a modern, indoor/outdoor setting, diners will enjoy a menu of responsibly sourced dishes from local and regional purveyors, alongside a selection of fresh seafood for dinner—with additional plans for weekend brunch. Menu highlights may include a Hot Stone Ahi Tuna, Lobster Wellington and signature, Pinnacle Wagyu Burger, complemented by a menu of elevated and stylish cocktails. As an added amenity for Pinnacle residents, Noble Heights will also be available for on-demand, in-suite delivery.

“My team and I are honored to be partnering with Pinnacle Residences to bring Henderson something incredibly exciting that we believe locals have been craving,” said Elizabeth Blau, CEO of Blau +Associates. “Creating unique dining experiences for the Las Vegas community has become a passion of mine and Kim’s and we’re looking forward to introducing our culinary philosophy to Henderson through Noble Heights at Pinnacle Residences.”

The forthcoming Noble Heights only adds to the luster of amenities and features at Pinnacle Residences—including hospitality-driven elements such as resident wine cellars, private chef services, special tasting events and resort-style entertaining areas both in-residence and within the many common areas. Poised to become a modern oasis just minutes away from the city’s world-class entertainment, fine dining and premier shopping, Pinnacle Residences is bolstering its offerings to create a highly-amenitized living experience with the added prestige of being Las Vegas’ first condo tower in a master-planned community and the first residential tower in Henderson.
