As Sorrento brand products are uniquely formulated to meet the consistent quality demands of the foodservice market, they will remain available to foodservice customers.

Sorrento branded cheese available to foodservice include: Sorrento Ricotta, Sorrento Mascarpone, Sorrento Blue, Sorrento Mozzarella, Sorrento Italian Shreds, Sorrento Other Shreds, Sorrento Romano and Parmesan, Sorrento Provolone, Sorrento Danish, and Sorrento Romano.
