STRIP HOUSE LAS VEGAS LAUNCHES RARE SCOTCH CART PROGRAM

strip houseStrip House Las Vegas announces the launch of its table-side Rare Scotch Cart Service at its location inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, bringing back the lost art of personal table-side service. The new, one-of-a-kind Scotch cart will offer diners some of the rarest, finely-crafted Scotch in the world such as:

  • strip house launches rare scotch cart programBalvenie 30 yr.: Rare and especially fine single malt. Only exceptional casks that were laid down more than thirty years ago are used. By marrying The Balvenie, slowly aged in traditional oak whisky casks with aged European oak sherry casks, a rich, mellow Scotch whisky with unusual depth and complexity is created.
  • Macallan 25 yr.: Outstanding Scotch from Speyside aged in Sherry casks. This Scotch is one of the most revered whiskies in the world, receiving a perfect 100 out of 100 score from the Beverage Testing Institute in Chicago and a Gold at the International Spirits Challenge.
  • Adelphi Selection – Longmorn 28 yr.: Scotland’s most acclaimed bottler of rare single-cask and limited edition single malt whisky. Adelphi whiskies are extremely rare and sought-after. The very special casks are so rare that, on average, Adelphi accepts a mere 4 percent that it is offered. Adelphi Longmorn 28 yr. was distilled in 1985 and bottled in 2014. It is one of only 203 bottles.
  • The Glenrothes 1978: The Glenrothes 1978 Vintage is the latest expression from the distillery and, with very limited availability, is almost certainly the very last Glenrothes from the 1970s. It comprises a small selection of casks, handpicked by Malt Master John Ramsay, at the very peak of their maturity.

To complement the guest’s choice of Scotch, the cart will be equipped with specialized hand cut glasses and crystal clear ice cubes made from water that has been boiled three times. Scotch suggested to be served neat.
