Cape Classics Appoints Brand Manager to Indaba Range

Cape Classics Appoints Caleigh Bressler As Brand Manager For Indaba

Expanded Role Created To Support Company’s Growth

Cape Classics Appoints Brand Manager to Indaba RangeCape Classics, importer of fine wines from South Africa and France, has announced the appointment of Caleigh Bressler as Brand Manager of the company’s flagship brand: Indaba. In this newly expanded role (Bressler is also the Brand Manager for the Jam Jar range), she will be responsible for building awareness and ensuring the overall success and growth of two of the most exciting and important brands in the Cape Classics portfolio. This new position has been assigned great importance within the organization, as it moves closer to the official introduction of the Indaba Education Fund 501(c)(3) charity, which the company plans to announce later this year.

“Caleigh has been part of the Cape Classics family for over two years now, and through her infectious enthusiasm and positive energy coupled with fantastic business acumen and sales successes, has done remarkable things for the Jam Jar brand,” commented Cape Classics EVP of Sales and Marketing, Molly Choi. “As we enter an exhilarating and pivotal year for our Indaba range, we can’t imagine putting this wine in better hands than hers.”

The Brand Manager for Indaba and Jam Jar will work to promote brand growth and superior performance in all markets, while building consumer awareness through creative use of social media channels. This role will be especially critical to support the launch of Jam Jar Sweet White at Red Lobster restaurants, and to introduce future updates to the Indaba brand. She will work closely with the Cape Classics Sales Managers and their distributor partners to foster and develop current relationships and sculpt new ones to drive the growth of both brands throughout the country.

A native South African, Bressler joined Cape Classics in 2014 as the national Brand Manager for Jam Jar wines.  Tasked with managing the image, achieving growth and developing awareness for fastest growing brand in the Cape Classics portfolio, she helped the brand achieve 22% annual growth in 2014 and 30% annual growth in 2015.  Prior to joining Cape Classics, Caleigh was the Senior Conference Services Manager at the Four Seasons Hotel Austin. She holds an undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and a Masters in Business Management from the Wake Forest University School of Business.

“We, as a company, believe deeply in fostering long term relationships and providing impeccable service to our business partners,” stated Cape Classics President and COO, Robert Bradshaw. “Promoting Caleigh to this role was a result of those principles intersecting at the right time. With a dynamic year for Indaba ahead of us, the timing was perfect to expand Caleigh’s role to ensure each and every one of our partners are supported brilliantly with both brands.”
