Double Helix Wine & Whiskey is decking its drink offerings this holiday season with a Whiskey Advent Calendar: December 1 – 24

Double Helix Wine & Whiskey Lounge is taking the “holiday spirit”  notion literally and making spirits bright by inviting guests to diversify their drinking portfolio with the whiskey destination’s Whiskey Advent Calendar, available December 1 through 24. For each purchase of whiskey from the Whiskey Advent Calendar, guests will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win the grand prize: a bottle of the hard-to-find WhistlePig, The Boss Hog VIII: LapuLapu’s Pacific valued at more than $1,000.


Each day, Double Helix will feature a unique whiskey carefully selected by its resident whiskey experts, ranging from 2020 Whisky Advocate top 20 Macallan 15yr Double Cask, to the 2019 Whiskey of the year George Dickel Bonded in Bond. The whiskey of the day will be specially priced at half-off during happy hour (4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday) and all day during Wine & Whiskey Wednesdays. All 23 whiskeys featured in the Whiskey Advent Calendar will be half-off on Christmas Eve, Friday, Dec. 24. Whiskey Advent Calendar whiskeys will be announced daily online at


The WhistlePig, The Boss Hog VIII: LapuLapu’s Pacific is a single barrel straight rye whiskey, bottled at proof and powerfully complex, making it a perfect addition to anyone’s home bar collection. Guests will receive one entry for a whiskey sold at half price and two entries for whiskey sold at regular price. The winner will be drawn and announced through a livestream on Double Helix’s Instagram page at 7 p.m. on Christmas Eve, Friday, Dec. 24. Double Helix is open 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 4:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.




Double Helix Wine & Whiskey Lounge opened at Town Square in 2011 and has served as an unrivaled destination for great food, unique drinks, and a dynamic social scene for more than ten years.
