 Known for its commitment to natural curing and fermentation methods, West Coast Products’ handpicked olives are cured in salt-brine for months; no lye is used in any product.  Once pitted, the new line of olives is hand-stuffed and hand-packed, reinforcing the company’s philosophy of artisan, time-honored values.
