The 43rd Annual Park City Kimball Arts Festival is highlighting new and returning culinary programs to this year’s event.  New this year is the Utah Artisan Tasting, featuring carefully selected local food purveyors who use fresh, organic and local ingredients.  In its 3rd year, Taste of Art is an integral part of the festival, where nearly 20 local restaurants offer festival specials and discounts.

“As local food artisans, we are grateful that the Kimball Arts Center is recognizing food as art.  Highlighting locally-crafted foods and the people that produce them is yet another way to showcase the personality and beauty of our community,” says Dana Brewster of Millcreek Cacao Roasters. “We are excited Kimball Arts Center is embracing the local food movement,” she adds.

The Utah Artisan Tasting area will be located at the top of Main Street and will feature local small hand-craft food producers, who diligently source their raw materials and create high quality products.  Each will be offering samples to festival goers, as well as selling their products.
