New York’s Premier Vegan Restauranteur announces new Blossom Cookbook

Ronen Seri is the entrepreneur behind his wildly successful Blossom. A long time Vegan, Ronen established Blossom in 2005 out of necessity. New York City lacked restaurants which provided health conscious and environmentally friendly dishes, and he wanted to offer an upscale yet welcoming eatery that also encouraged and allowed patrons to live a guilt free, balanced lifestyle.

Blossom Chelsea quickly became Manhattan’s go-to eatery for vegans and non vegans alike. This resulted in the opening of four subsequent Blossom locations – Cafe Blossom, Blossom on Carmine, V-Note, Blossom Du Jour, and the recent re-opening of its Upper West Side location, Blossom Columbus.
Devoted to living a completely balanced lifestyle, Ronen wants to share his love of life through innovative, specialty dishes that are free of animal byproducts and are also kosher. Each Blossom location has its own unique menu of wonderful, creative and delicious vegan variations on well known dishes.
With the enormous success of Blossom NYC, Ronen continues to encourage New Yorkers to live a life which strikes a balance between health and comfort. He is always inspired to provide innovative, delicious dishes and is delighted to soon release a cookbook to bring his Blossom recipes to your kitchen. This cookbook will mark the next chapter of Blossom in which Ronen will take his famous vegan dishes from his restaurants in New York to homes nationwide.
