Using only fresh ingredients from all regions of Greece, Pylos is an elegant and contemporary restaurant where you won’t forget the taste and to boot the ambiance. The one and only, Tony Chi, who has visually designed establishments such as the Mandarin Orientel and Park Hyatt hotels, has done the interior design for Pylos, including the unique clay pots that hang from their ceiling. This separates them entirely as not just being a restaurant, but an artistic establishment.

The mission of Pylos is to immerse you into the art of Greek cuisine. It celebrates the historical prosaic artifacts found in Greek ruins that we now celebrate as art. Upon entering the restaurant you will immediately feel transported into ancient Greece where the visual art coupled with the elevated taste profile will leave you wanting more.
