GLOBALLY-INSPIRED FARE TAKES CENTER STAGE AT JATTÖ

Locally-lauded Miami chef Henry Hané, the force behind B Bistro + Bakery in Brickell, is putting his extensive technical experience from some of the world’s most decorated kitchens on display at the newly opened Jattö in Wynwood, following its grand debut in late-November 2021. Hané is melding his Peruvian heritage with influences from Colombia, Spain and Thailand to offer diners a menu of vibrant New World cuisine complemented by luxury cocktail and wine selections. Jattö – a play on the Peruvian term “jato”, which translates to “home” – is partnering with farms and purveyors based in South Florida. Hané, with Chef de Cuisine Aleric Constantin, are striving to keep the creativity of the kitchen flowing with fresh and seasonal ingredients displayed throughout the concept’s inventive menu and high-end bar program. Situated in the bustling Wynwood Arts District, the restaurant boasts a chic and ambient setting complete with indoor dining and a lush patio ideal for al fresco splendor; both wrapped in accents of earthy tones and natural décor to create an inviting and relaxed yet modern atmosphere.

Globally-Inspired Cuisine at Jattö

Born in Lima, Peru, Hané graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Miami before starting his culinary career at two-Michelin starred Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons in England, followed by stints in top restaurants in Spain – including exploring molecular gastronomy at two-Michelin starred Miramar – and further training in Thailand and Singapore. In Miami, his history includes opening Michelle Berstein’s Sra. Martinez and working with Giorgio Rapicavoli at Eating House before opening B Bistro + Bakery. His Peruvian roots, which also include influences from his Colombian father, serve as the foundational inspiration for many of the dishes at Jattö while his global prowess is ever apparent in their unique touches and technical execution.

Collaborations with local partners at Jattö yield menu items including George Stone Crab Causa with acevichado sauce, avocado, egg yolk fudge and choclo chalaquita; and Affogato Colada featuring Frice sorbet, condensada espuma and colada syrup.
