Berry Blitzer
Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. Tanduay Silver Asian Rum
  • 3 Blackberries
  • 1 oz. Blackberry syrup
  • ½ Lime for juicing
  • 1 Sprig of fresh thyme
  • Fresh cracked ice

Directions:

  1. Remove leaves from thyme sprig and muddle in glass with blackberries and Blackberry Syrup.
  2. Squeeze juice of ½ a lime into glass then add Silver Tanduay Asian Rum and stir.
  3. Crack ice for drink and add to glass.
  4. Garnish with a blackberry and a thyme sprig.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz. Tanduay Gold Asian Rum
  • 4 oz. Gekkeikan Haiku sake
  • ¾ oz. Lychee syrup
  • 1 oz. Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. Pomegranate juice
  • Lemon-lime soda

Directions:

  1. Pour ingredients into mixing tin.
  2. Spindle-mix, then pour over ice.
  3. Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda and garnish with fresh fruit.
